Some Did You Knows
-One of the unlockable snowboards in 1080 Avalanche is called the 8-Bit Soul, which has a Mario sprite decal. However, said sprite was taken from the Super Mario All-Stars version of Super Mario 3, thus the 8-Bit Soul depicts a 16-bit sprite

-In the Gamecube version of Animal Crossing, using a cheating device will render the Gold Axe inaccessible through normal means, as the wishing well will declare that there is a great sadness in your town

-In the Sega Genesis game Arnold Palmer Tournament Golf, getting over 100 points on the first hole (essentially multiple swings without ever landing on the green), then entering the Konami Code at the Game Over screen allows you to play a version of the old Sega arcade game Fantasy Zone

-Two gamers died shortly after getting high scores in the game Berzerk

-The Blazblue games were originally conceived as RPGs, but after Arc System Works lost the rights to the Guilty Gear series, the decision was made to make Blazblue into a fighting game.

-The American release of the Sega Master System port of Data East's Captain Silver infamously had over half of the game's content removed due in part to a cost-cutting procedure enacted at the time by the American Master System distributors Tonka.

-The background artist of Deus Ex did not include the World Trade Center in the New York skybox of the game. They gave a canon explanation that the WTC was destroyed in a terrorist attack. This game was released in 2000, just a year before the World Trade Center actually was destroyed in a terrorist attack.

-The Sega Genesis version of Forgotten Worlds automatically cuts to "Game Over" if you are playing with a 6-button controller. This is fixed by pressing the "Mode" button on the 6-Button before playing.

-Ironically, in the Genesis port of Golden Axe, the titular axe was silver due to color limitations.

-The Klobb gun in Goldeneye 007 is named for Ken Lobb, a former Nintendo of America employee.

-To prevent the game from crashing, Traveler's Tales programmed a failsafe mechanism in the Genesis/Megadrive version of Sonic 3D Blast. Rather than crashing, whenever the game comes across an error, it will declare that the player has found a "Super Secret Level Select" and takes them to said level select.

-In the final Bowser stage of Super Mario 64, on the pillars leading to the pipe are pictures of an 8-bit Mario fighting an 8-bit Bowser

-The engine from the infamous, unreleased game Thrill Kill was later used in a game based off hip-hop collective The Wu-Tang Clan

-While Super Mario 64 popularized "Peach" the the Princess's name outside of Japan, the first game to internationally use the name was Yoshi's Safari.
