Meh I found either fat Buu or Super Buu (I think that was how he was called, the one after evil Buu that ate fat Buu?)
Fat Buu because while he was strong he was also childish and that added more character to him and Super Buu because he was also pretty funny at times while ruthless and...hungry as well.

Kid Buu was just an asshole who had too much power but I will not lie, the final fight between Goku and Kid Buu was so epic and awesome.
