I think the only quests I didn't do were the mini quests. You know those ones written on pieces of paper to find loot in some obscure out-of-the-way place? Those are the only ones I didn't do. Oh and 2 of the Daedric quests... Oh God's I'm tempted to play the game now...
Yeah I didn't do many of those quests either due to the fact that you have to go out of your way to find them I also didn't do the ones that random travelers or inn dwellers (I mean the inns out side of towns) gave you too often but other than that I did basically everything.
