For who needs to consider currency conversion and taxes over international purchases like me, it's not that simple. But yes, prices on Steam are usually very good.
I had to buy the CUBE pack on it's week sale for 20 bucks in the currency here in my country.

Brazil, right? Yeah, prices usually double with currency conversion. And that's without the 6,5% of IOF tax that comes with it.
Tax? I bought some games through Steam and never got this tax...
Because maybe you've never bought something expensive enough for it to be noticeable. As I said, it's a 6,5% tax. If you pay 20 reais in game, it won't mean more than a few coins. It's easy to just get past it if you're not buying the latest Call of Duty.
