What do you think of emulators?

I use emulators for a few reasons.

1. For games I can't find or get easily. For example games you can't find on Wii-shop channel
2. If I want to play a game that I'm not sure if I'll like it or not.
3. Also to have a portable system to play.

If I really like the game (and its available) I'll purchase it Wii shop channel. I have so many copies of Zelda 1 because of this. I like using their controllers over using a key pad (though I am thinking of getting an x-box controller with USB port). Right now I only have an NES emulator and Atari 2600. I want an Neo-Geo, CD-I, and Arcade emulator but haven't been able to get any of them to work with the games I want.
