Even though it's spoilered, you could still have this as a trivia, since you just have to say that "In the Epilogue of Heavy Rain, Ethan talks about his apartment..."

[spoiler]In the Epilogue of Heavy Rain, if the player saves Shaun with Madison and Ethan alive, it will show the three of them getting a new life, when they enter the apartment Ethan says "A friend of a friend let me jump in line"

In a previous game made by David Cage, Indigo Prophecy, the main character lives in the apartment that they are moving in to, and it is implyed that "the friend of a friend" is Lucas Kane the hero in Indigo Prophecy

You can get a good look at the apartment when he walks around it about 9 minutes in, you can see the pillars and the design are pretty much the same.
