Maybe, but yells and shouts can't be considered a dialect.

But Guys Gordon Speaks all the time, it a sort of robotic voice.

You know he reads out what the readings from his suit to remind himself, he says "Vital signs critical
Seek medical attention" so he can remind himself that he is going to die, and has to find some medicine.

It's in the manual.
