Currently I emulate PS1 games due to the fact I literally missed out on PS1 games.

I like the fact I can turn 240p pixelated games into HD 720p smoother and nicer looking games, currently I am playing Spyro, and believe me, the change is very nice.

Just compare the original Spyro....

You can make it look better, but this is the best my computer can handle, but in all due respect, the updated version looks like a Dreamcast/Gamecube game, which is pretty good, unfortunalty this picture came out blurry, it looks better in the emulator, since you can smooth textures, and changed the colours to be more vibrant.
