But SERIOUSLY THOUGH (see that pun there?), you should follow these steps to cure the problem:

1- Put the disk back in the Xbox (gently);
2- Take the Xbox in your hands, with the power cords (careful, don't break it!);
3- Ask your parents to go on a roadtrip;
4- Wait till you're on a highway;
5- Open the door and throw your Xbox as far as you can so it can hit an other vehicle in the process.

There, your Xbox will now be purified with carnage, metal, blood and death. Have fun ^_^
