Also:
Oro and Cody are two characters who purposefully restrain themselves from from fighting, however if they were to "unleash their full potential they are far more powerful than Akuma/Shin-Akuma and Oni.
Jack-x also notes this in SFxT with Cody in which he says Cody and Guys power levels are over 9000 (A reference to the meme) but it's also canon.

The symbol on Akumas back means Sky/Heaven

Q can be seen in the background of Street Fighter 2: Championship Edition (apparently it's Q), even though he didn't officially join until Street Fighter 3: Third Strike Heart
