Etrian Odyssey... anti-piracy ?
Hello !

I love Etrian Odyssey. It's one of my favorites DS games. (I always buy my games) I've showed it to a friend and tell him to try this game.

And he tried it on an emulator. But here was the problem, each monster seemed to have 100% critical chance. I tried on an emulator too and i get the same problem.

So... Is that a bug ? An translation error of the French version ? (Yes, I'm French) Or an anti-piracy ?

PS : I'm talking about the first one. I've played Etrian II and III on emulator (Yeah... Here we only have the first -_-) and I didn't get that problem.

A game like that must be nice and cheap nowadays, just pick up a legit used copy (micromania usually do some good used games, or ebay).
I doubt there's a patch to counteract the anti-piracy.

If this is true I'd say that's worthy of a Did You Know 'cause that's pretty funny, but that's for DYKG to decide.
