The Night Owl Thread
I'm an insomniac and it's so hard to fix.
Like seriously...it's 3 in the morning and as much as I'd like to sleep..I just can't. It's terrible. I usually crash at 5 or 6 am..wake up at noon or 1.

Anyone else a night owl? If so...let's keep each other company with our owliness. Smile

RE: The Night Owl Thread
I'm with you on that. I've had problems sleeping for as far as I can remember. Somehow I've managed to live off of 3-4 hours of sleep for the past 15 or so years.

And how are you this fine morning?

RE: The Night Owl Thread
Check me in on the attendance roster as well. I have extreme difficulties falling asleep, and occasionally my issues with anxiety will simply prevent me from sleeping altogether. Out of 7 days in a week on a "good" week I'll lose one night of sleep to anxiety, but my sleep schedule is ruined. It's 2:30 AM for me right now, before I just "gave up" I'd have been laying in bed for an hour and a half by now unable to sleep. Now I just work or play games until I feel a little tired, lay down, and if I can't sleep I just get up and start again. Sad

I'm fine, waiting until a decent hour to make breakfast and texting a friend.
And what are you up to?

RE: The Night Owl Thread
Hell, I can lay in bed tossing and turning from like... 1-6 am and still not fall asleep for another 2 or so hours. I don't know if it's depression/anxiety or not, but I've been like this for years.

This is kind of fine with me though, I much prefer the night.

3:38 here lol

I'm sitting here, playing some video games, eating some snacks, listening to music and browsing the forum.

I have bad anxiety as well. I guarantee you that the people who sincerely stay up late are the ones who struggle from overthinking and such.

My anxiety attacks suck too, I feel like I can't move...can't breathe...creating horrible situations in my head. Urgh.

And I prefer the night too...but I also prefer sleep...xD

and guys...I just made a twitter...I have no idea what to do with it.

RE: The Night Owl Thread
I would suggest.... Twittering? Tweeting? Twitereeting?

I have a Twitter, and a whole 12 followers! Whooooo!

Anxiety sure isn't a fun thing to deal with it. I've been dealing with anxiety and depression since my teen years. Add this to my hatred of people, and it starts becoming clear why the only time I go outside is to go to work.

I wish I didn't hate people,
But I think the anxiety brings it upon me to hate many but yearn to love so much. >.>

I don't know if I don't want to hate people. I think that I'm so used to it now that I don't even care any more. As for loving people.... there's very, very few people I've ever know who could invoke that feeling.

Well I just mean I am beginning to hate everything, not just people...when I really want to be optimistic. I used to be...but I don't know..time changed me I guess.

RE: The Night Owl Thread
I gave up on being optimistic a long time ago sadly. Try not to do that yourself.

Nah, you aren't a waste of life at all. Wink

Nothing wrong with waking up in the afternoon. I always wake up in the afternoon.

I have a lot of american friends on my skype list. They all think that I'm some kind of super night owl because I'm up all night. What they doesn't think of is that in my timezone it's 10:36 in the morning. Big Grin

RE: The Night Owl Thread
Yeah! I mean, I wouldn't have a problem waking up in the afternoon but sometimes I feel that...if I wake up EARLY then maybe I can go to sleep earlier...but it doesn't work.

Oh, where are you from, Nuudoru??
