Welcome back to the slightly more 1st world

It's a good thing I have a chatpad for my 360. Because using the in-browser keyboard would've been tedious.

You're the only person on my friends list who uses that browser. When I'm up at 3am (on a Uni night) and you see me on, I'm not playing games, I'm looking at your Gamertag just sneering. SNEEEERING at it and that browser.

SNEEEEEEERING! Eyes squinted and everything!

Like so?

Is that guy seriously being rude to LoneWanderer? If LW leaves again because of him, I'll be angry.

Wait, what? I was just making a joke. I wasn't criticizing him for watching it.

This always seems to be a thing I go through anytime I mention I don't like Adventure Time. Any other show, I don't get responses like this. It's only Adventure Time.

[A Zombie Riot]

It wasn't just that, by the way.

Because there's this:

Well, you were calling it a form of excretion.

I realized two hours later (about how much I actually use the damn thing), then went back to check and noticed its absence.
And yeah, it is nice being off the radar in a way, and so everyone knows I was kidding about how people lived without cell phone remark, It's really irritating seeing all of these people so damn obsessed with them. The other time I lost my phone was in the school bathroom where I left it on the tp dispenser as well (really good at that) and thankfully someone turned it into the main office. When I picked it up, the secretary said that someone found it in the bathroom, then looked at me accusingly, since they confiscate so many phones. What did she think I was doing, texting sometone while I was going to the bathroom? "LOL, just took teh biggest dump, sendin pic".

Rant over, confirmed moving to Canadia.

Isn't that what Instagram was made for?

I thought that's what it was, though.

Of course, I'm pretty sure I would get the same reaction even if I only called it a "bad" show, or a show I don't personally like, or any adjective that isn't "awesome".

I don't give a shit about Adventure Time, and I think you're being a dick.

I didn't even know it was the same person. I don't usually see people make serious posts saying they're "gonna go away sick and lonely". I'm not trying to pick on him, and I'm not hating on him for watching a show. I just wanted to make a simple joke about it. If I offended anybody with it, and most importantly LoneWanderer for the posts I've said to him, I apologize if I did offend you.

It all depends where you go really. Here, we tend to take our bias, present it and hold it up like a trophy for all to see. Now, only the insane will bludgeon someone with their shiny golf trophy for having a shiny trophy. I'm fine with your not liking the show, but you're being rather brash in regards to it yourself. That's what people are complaining about.

[A Zombie Riot]

I'm not mad, just saying that you should choose your words more carefully, that's all.

[cingchris]

I don't even have a strong opinion on Adventure Time but I stand by my earlier post, because what you said came completely from left field, and was uncalled for. I don't care if you don't like the show but please criticize it in a more appropriate setting, (such as the Adventure Time thread maybe...) also explain why it's a crappy show, don't just say it's crappy and be done, that just makes you seem like an asshole who just says the show is crappy with nothing to back-up your statement. Also yes I get it was a joke but in my opinion it was a very distasteful joke, to repeat what Zombie said choose your words carefully.
