True, longest I've gone with only one unnessisary (nessisary breaks include bathroom breaks, ate and drank while playing) was 27 hours, the one break I took was because my 360 was crappin out on me and would take 5 minutes to load one area, and you do a lot of loading in Fallout: New Vegas so I turned it off for an hour and jumped back on.
