So guys, tell us unpopular opinions you have about anything, whether it be a film, movie, game, book, music, food, places, people, anything that everyone universally agrees on, except you.
I have never seen Star Wars, nor have I seen Lord of the Rings, and I have no intention to due to them being long and boring.

There's nothing wrong with saying something popular/well praised is bad, but it's different when you ca say something is long and boring without actually watching it. It's more of loophole logic.

I'm trully not a hipster or anything like that but most (let it be clear that it's not ALL of them) of the games that achieve Top 10s around sites like gamefaqs/ign are overrated for me.
I really see a lot of backtrack Bethesda had on Skyrim, compared to Morrowind/Oblivion; and I simply can't stand Minecraft and its fanbase.
I might also add that FPS games suck. I can't have fun playing one of those since ye'old Goldeneye for the 64.

Mostly iPhones, but any smartphone where the whole appeal is the amount of bloody apps. iPhones stick in my mind because I remember when they first came out, both my brothers rushed to get them and were happily swishing them around to make lightsaber noises. Jesus, grow up.

This is a fore-warning to anyone planning on reading this thread and keeping up-to-date: prepare your jimmies to be rustled.
I hate Tumblr, the layout makes me cringe. I hate Apple products, overpriced, yet cheap. Fantastic. I don't really like the original Goldeneye, it's not really anything special anymore. Skyrim is the most overrated video game of all time, yes, more than CoD. I don't think people realize how similar all Bethesda games really are. I don't like Final Fantasy. I hate PewDiePie with the burning force of a thousand suns, his fanbase...just terrible. I like it, but I don't see why everyone is all crazy over Half-Life 2, same with the Portal series, it's fun, but it has virtually no replay value.

I've never got into Pokemon. Just don't like the look of it. The whole aesthetic rubs me up the wrong way.

I agree with you on most of those things, especially PewDiePie. The only thing I might disagree on is the Valve games, but it's not enough to rustle any jimmies for me.

I think MMO's are terrible.
You spend hours and days playing towards virtual things which have little-to-no physical or intellectual value in real life. There are just so many more tangible things you could be doing with your life.

There's a difference between playing a variety of video games for fun, and spending addicted days on end on the same game online just to get one level higher or to reach one more achievement
