Usually I can chill by putting on the right song, taking a shower, or just sitting outside not doing or saying anything. Works pretty much every time.

I'm naturally calm all the time, but if I get really hyped up I'll put on some good music, sing in falsetto, and kill some shit in [insert random violent video game here].

Usually, if I'm playing a game that gets me angry (usually it's online games), I try to play music during that. Usually it helps. Otherwise, I go on a walk or something.

Postal 2 is a good stress reliever.

That game is so needlessly violent and nonsensical that it hurts my brain when I play it...but it's so awesome.

I just listen to music.
Overkill, Motorhead, Vader, Testament. Anything with a "I will smash your freaking mouth with a hammer" feel. So generally thrash and older death metal. Or I'll draw. Though that usually happens when I get a lonely/depressed feeling.
