Super Smash Bros Brawl: Snake/Sonic Codec call - BeamuFireu - 07-26-2012 10:56 AM The Codec call when Snake fights with Sonic is actually an inside joke for the Japanese: Snake's Japanese voice actor is Akio Ōtsuka and Dr. Eggman's Japanese voice actor is Chikao Ōtsuka, who also voiced Big Boss in MGS4 and is also Akio's father. (This in its self is a DYK, really) Snake comments about how he doesn't like Sonic, which didn't make sense in the English version, but did in the Japanese.
