Y'know I never played that on GameBoy. Played it on SNES. Two different soundtracks.

I could easily put every Super Meat Boy song here just because of how good they are. And yes, completely agree with you. From world 4 to 5 the difficulty just takes a huge leap in difficulty, but yes, this is one of my favorite tracks together with lil' slugger and betus blues.
