I do remember being astonished at the SNES having four buttons as well as shoulder buttons.

I remember reading an old pre-review about SNES where the writer went like "it's stupid to have so many buttons. They can't possible find a use for each one!".

I love reading old video game magazines.

Haha, I remember one showing off an old game in 2000, I believe it was Quake 3, and under saying something like "YES! YOUR EYES DON'T DECEIVE YOU. THOSE ARE THE GRAPHICS OF TOMORROW."

This was something along the lines of what the cover was.

Still, I wish I saw the Source Engine back in 2004, it still looks incredible today, imagine back then.

I remember first time I saw Doom. MAN, that was amazing.

I also remember how the old game magazines used to give really weird scores, as a percent. "Amazing game. 87%".

Back on topic, I'm still 29.

Street Fighter 3: Biggest disappointment of the year?
Shoutouts to '97/'98 era.

I don't really remember Next Generation Magazine however.
