i think that the most underrated games when i had a ps2 was wild arms 6 and xenosaga 3: also sprach zarathustra... nobody played those titles around me...

i think condemned criminal origins is underrated, i cant really find any fanart or a fanbase, but its one of my favorite games

Quest 64. Although it has a simplistic story, I always thought the battle and "leveling up" systems were unique.

Ya it was really nice. tho i couldn't enjoy it past the first cities because i didn't have a controller pack at the time lol

everyone says it has really monotonous gameplay but its pretty awesome if you play it with another person

Phantom Crash for the original Xbox. It's a cult classic to me, but the vast majority of people have never heard of it.

Hotel Dusk: Room 215
An awesome DS title that had some of the best music for a DS game. The story was a little slow at first but once you get into the story and stuff, it really sticks to you. The characters are all awesome and have plenty of character and emotions. They even had a sequel that never made it to the states due to lack of interest which is a shame.
