Finished my third exam out of three this week (one final one next week). Bloody hell they were hard. For this final one, we had to interpret the Malian Ambassador to Canada talking at 100 miles per hour in a thick French accent about the Malian crisis, throwing around names of jihad groups and African Union missions like there was no tomorrow.
After, I listened to my recording and for some unknown reason I pronounced "United Nations" with a thick jamaican accent, like "United Nyéshans"
I think I was too busy thinking of the English equivalent of the next organisation she had on her list, and it interfered with what I was currently saying.Right, gonna take me the afternoon off ! *collapses*
