Hi guys, I am 22 years old and face some serious issue like my eye sight is weak and it is due to just playing videos games. I have also tired soon now like after 1 hours i feel tired and my fingers and eyes and neck starting pain. Have you any idea or tips about it. Please post here.[/align]

Take a break from computer, games, or anything else electronic for a while and rest.

On a more serious subject, yeah just try avoiding electronics for a while. If it's as severe as you're making it out to be, try seeing a doctor to get a professionals advice, other than that try making sure the lighting is ok when you do decide to use a compute, be sure to blink and take breaks regularly.
