At the moment I currently limited in facilities(video editing programs) available to me so is anyone good at video editing? All I need is for someone to edit a video clip that's 4 seconds long(if that). Thanks.

I used to be awesome at video Editing. But I haven't done video editing for so long that I forgotten how to. :/

I'm kinda handy with Avisynth, virtualdub, and camtasia studio as well as some stuff about encoding with MeGUI, but it really depends on what you want done.
