Don't know if this was submitted yet, but in four sword adventures/ super paper mario there exists some rather interesting unused songs. In four swords it's the mario theme from Super Mario World's special zone oddly in a completely different format than the rest of the songs in the game.

In super paper mario it is a poorly rendered version of smb3's main theme.
