Did you know that in GTA IV CJ from GTA San Andreas can be seen on a billboard in a suit and a hat. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2iORF1GQ_Y
Did you know that there is an easter egg in GTA IV for the 1st GTA V trailer in the Amusement park in Hove Beach. It shows a similar representaion of the end of the 1st trailer where the plane is flying over the Vinewood sign and this easter egg is in GTA IV,The Lost and Damned and The Ballad Of Gay Tony. http://0-media-cdn.foolz.us/ffuuka/board/vg/image/1342/02/1342028179713.jpg

I think the first one is pushing it a bit. Had you not said that was supposed to be CJ, I wouldn't have thought "hey, it's CJ".
That being said, it's nice to think that post-GTA-SA CJ is now an international model
