Ok, thank you very much. And I'll take that advice and play the Solid series in order of release (although I already have played MGS3).

OK so:
We all know about Ground Zeroes, so then what is The Phantom Pain? If The Phantom Pain had it's own trailer but it's really Ground Zeroes, what's the point of the different name?

Grave digging time! So recently GTTV interviewed the 'CEO' of Moby Dick Games about Phantom Pain. Nothing was actually discussed, but some screenshots were shown near the end, and some of them had a very odd logo on them:
