When Diablo is released in the final level of Diablo 1 he speaks in a demonic tongue. When played backwards it says. "Eat your vegetables and brush after every meal."

Diablo 1 also had an animation that was supposed to be used when you first enter the room with the Butcher. Possibly removed for being quite graphic for the time.
