In Fallout 2, there are many special encounters that can be found, one of these consist of a group of "unwashed villagers" fighting a character named "the grim reaper"
Since many of these are pop culture references and such, this one is surprisingly different.
One of the first Fallout communities was called "The unwashed Villagers community" and this encounter is based off them, the people who you find in this encounter are members from the community, they are fighting a Spammer named "Grim Reaper" who was supposedly a spammer who plagued the interplay forums for a long time, and was seen as an evil rival to the Unwashed Village Community.
