Random DYK's VI - Takahashi2212 - 10-08-2012 02:32 PM In Sonic Adventure DX, if you hold Y before the Snowboarding scene in Ice Cap, the board will change to the his board from Sonic Triple Trouble. Speaking of Ice Cap, Ice Cap in Sonic Adventure is the same Ice Cap from Sonic 3, as both are on Angel Island. In the intro of Sonic Adventure, Tails' mouth is closed. but in the SADX version and all subsequent re-releases, his mouth is gaping open. Also in Sonic Adventure DX, on the Sky Chase level, if you glitch the camera behind you, you can see an unused Dragon Boss. In the original Sonic Adventure, they originally planned to use a 3D version of the classic Sonic, with black eyes an all, but this was scrapped. However, you can see said model in Sky Chase Zone when Sonic is on the Tornado. According to this game & Sonic 2, The Tornado is Sonic's plane, not Tails'. In Sonic Generations, wanted posters can be found for Nack the Weasel, Mighty, and Ray the Flying Squirrel in Modern City Escape. In Super Smash Bros Melee, the Sheriff trophy says it's only released in Japan, but it was released in the US under the name Bandido. Also, the Master Sword trophy says it first appeared in Ocarina of Time, but it actually first appeared in A Link to the Past. This screw up is only in the NTSC version, as all other versions (including the English PAL versions) have it right. In Majora's Mask, The Swamp Tour Guide is actually Tingle's father. If you take a picture of Tingle and show it to him, he is surprised to see that Tingle is still pursuing the interest of being a fairy, and making maps. He'll give you a Heart Piece for it, and when you try to leave, he'll ask you to tell him to stop wearing those clothes. Also in Majora's Mask, by doing one of glitches to use the Fierce Diety's Mask anywhere, you can get Zora Link to use any item in the game (Except the sword & shield.) Doing this shows you that Zora Link may have been meant to use some of Link's items, as he has an animation for throwing a Deku Nut, and an animation for holding and swinging a Deku Stick. Speaking of this glitch, it also shows that Fierce Diety Link also may have menat to be used outside of boss battles, as he has a door opening animation, Climbing ladder animation, a jumping up to a ledge animation, and a close up when you get an item. In Wind Waker, in the Nintendo Gallery, behind the vendor Carlov you can see the Keaton Mask, the All-Night Mask, The Bunny Hood, and the Goron Mask. In Sonic Adventure JP Handbook, It's explained that each characters story shows how they interpret everything. This explains why cutscenes have different dialogue, and why some characters seem meaner in some stories, and why the same bosses are fought by different people. In Majora's Mask, while fighting Igos Servants, if you wear the Bremen Mask, and play the song, they will begin to march around the room, while avoiding sunlight. Another easter egg before this fight is that if you wear the Captain's Hat, He'll mistake you for Captain Keeta. But, he'll realize you're too "tiny" to be Captain Keeta, and you fight. Donkey Kong was originally going to be a Popeye game, with DK being Bluto, Pauline being Olive Oil, and Mario being Popeye. When Shigeru couldn't get the rights to the Popeye characters, he made up his own characters. Mario is seen to be a real jerk to Luigi as when he get's a trophy in Mario Power Tennis for GC, he slaps him on the back, and steps on his foot intentionally. In the Mario Sports Mix press conference, Mario stated that Luigi "Loved being his sidekick", even though Luigi stated he is "tired of being Player 2." and that it is his time to shine. According to Mario's JP Melee trophy description, Mario is 26 years old. If Mario chooses to re-fight the Rawk Hawk in Paper Mario 2, during Mario's intro, one person will yell "Jumpman! Wait. Who?" referencing Mario's original name. RE: Random DYK's VI - Takahashi2212 - 10-10-2012 02:02 PM In Megaman X4, in the background of Frost Walrus' stage, you can see a frozen Chill Penguin and Blizzard Buffalo (Ice Mavericks from Megaman X1 and X3.)
