jRPG discussion - Lesqueecee - 06-26-2012 09:54 PM If you like jRPGS (Japanese Role Playing Games), explain why. If you don't, explain why not. Really simple and I wanna hear kind of educated opinions from you guys. First time I've seen a gaming fanbase that doesn't have flame wars everywhere :-bd Lemme start... I love jRPGS because I grew up on them. When I was sort of a kid, my elder sister would always be playing Suikoden II and Final Fantasy VII on our PS1 and I always enjoyed watching her play. I also developed a love for anime too so it further increased my love for Japanese RPGs. I loved listening to the story of fantasy and stuff like that and the gameplay involved strategy of sorts that I liked doing. This is basically why they're my favorite kind of games. RE: jRPG discussion - Xannidel - 06-27-2012 12:51 AM The first RPG game I played was Super Mario RPG. After that I played FF8, X, X-2 and 13 (that is basically my FF RPG games) but I also tried others such as Radiata Stories, Grandia 3, Eternal Sonatra, Persona 3 and 4. RE: jRPG discussion - Skarro - 06-27-2012 12:56 AM jRPG's - Usually better stories wRPG's - Usually better gameplay That's breaks em down. RE: jRPG discussion - damerdar - 06-27-2012 01:00 AM wRPG's: Normal Hair jRPG's: Crazy Hair I think this breaks them down a little bit better.
