Maybe a little flaggy thing in the name area with the flag of the country of origin (or where you live now)
you can see the diversity of people then and maybe find other people near you.

Manga/comics forum, maybe. I know it's a video game forum but if more people want it it might be a good idea.

I like Nuudoru idea on the Anime/Manga forums, just because they are closely related, but I still think this is a specialized gaming site. I already ranted on this on another post. XD
My suggestion: Links look like normal text. You need to do something to differentiate them. Be it an underline or different text color.

in the sides of the forum could be something different of black like the characters that appears in the sides of de DYKG images (megaman mickey mario slime,...) or another thing, also we can keep black that is not bad.

im a super noob using photoshop or other programs that make good effects on images, i can provide ideas and basic use of paint jajaja
a good example of backgrond could be tetris blocks falling down along the screen with some game characters on them remembering old scenes like the master sword, ...

A spoiler tag (or anything alike) maybe? Would be very useful for the anime/manga section and to collapse large images/ a long paragraph. To keep the forums...... neat? Or is there already one?

As the other guys said, more forums and sub-forums. The way it is now, each forum can concentrate a lot of different content, and surely it will be messy as time passes and more people come and post stuff.

Dunno if anyone already said this, but a shoutbox. On another forum of which is using the same forum thing I believe it has one. If you have an account you can say something in the shoutbox, for it to be posted and other people can see it and say something back. Like a random chat thing. Or it can be like a twitter like thing, you can say "I just got a new game!" or something and the entire forum can just see it like that.
I hope that was easy to read, because I had a hard time writing it xD
