There is a bug in the game that leds to a referee winning the match. In First Blood Match if your head is in critical condition and you try powerbomb move on the referee, he will counter it with a DDT and your wrestler gets busted open. So the referee wins the match and we get a cut-scene of him celebrating with another (better looking) referee model. This also proves that the game uses different models for in-game referees and cut-scene ones.
