In Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, there's a torture scene where Snake endures being electrocuted.
But in the Japanese version, the scene was changed so the electricity rods Snake was tortured with instead tickle tortures him. The reason for the change was likely to keep the game from being M-rated on the PSP.

Well, Japan doesn't use the ESRB rating system, but I still find it odd that a torture sequence would constitute a mature rating. Every MGS has had one...
