The Sims Timeline - ninjamitsuki - 08-20-2012 01:33 PM

The Sims actually has a chronological timeline. The Sims 3 is the first game in chronological order, taking place 25 years before The Sims and 50 years before The Sims 2.

You have no proof backing this up.

There is absolutely no story in The Sims. This is dumb.

The only thing that'd make sense as a pseudo-storyline in the Sims is the Goth Family. (Mortimer and Bella are babies in 3,then when 1 rolls around theyre adults, married and have a kid, which leads into 2 where Bella is gone and the daughter is an adult, while Mortimer is an old man) Other than that, you have zero evidence theres a story definatley,so its a good idea this got rejected

That's... actually noteworthy.

This is what actually led people to believe there's a possible timeline within the games, all because of the signature Goth Family, with Bella Goth practically the mascot of the series. They were in all three games. I think that could have some significance, but there has to be more evidence somewhere for it.
