Woody and Buzz from Toy Story were set to appear as summons in Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix but were removed for an unknown reason.

Judging the image, it looks like Predator was developing the models.

Heh, it's the same in Birth by Sleep. A Pleakley model was discovered with the same rainbow texture.

the rainbow means it's untextured.
