I've got a 4th gen BellyZard lying around. It's hard to recall exactly but I'm fairly certain it's flawless in Attack and Speed. The rest were decent I think. I don't RNG so I don't have many Pokemon with flawless IV's across the board. Sad

No problem. It's ready to fight. Top IVs and fully EVd. But not evolved or have the right moveset yet.
