RE: Guilty pleasures - AverageGuy - 11-14-2012 11:11 PM It would have to be playing Banjo Kazzoie Nuts and Bolts. I had fun with the car mechanics, and I loved the OP endgame parts. Its like saying "Oh, you beat the game? Here, have these parts that will let you do WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT!!!" It was so much fun making stupid vehicles with them. As a Banjo Kazzoie game I hate it, but the writing is great. RE: Guilty pleasures - A Zombie Riot - 11-15-2012 12:52 PM I need to play Nuts and Bolts again and think of it not as a B&K game. I think that's why I hated it so much. RE: Guilty pleasures - Fozzle - 11-27-2012 08:56 AM The Big Bang Theory and SOME Steven Seagal films. RE: Guilty pleasures - Shirahime - 11-27-2012 09:24 AM I'm quite partial to watching Curling. Y'know, that stupid Mum Sport which consists of a bunch of people sweeping ice that a stupid granite block slides down an' is apparently a Winter Olympic Sport? Yeah, that one. Last Winter Olympics I stayed up every night it was on an' watched it with me mam till about half 2 in the feckin' morning. ¬_¬ Toddlers & Tiaras is another guilty pleasure I hate having. I hate that show but I can't stop watching it!! RE: Guilty pleasures - SERIOUSLY THOUGH - 11-27-2012 10:16 AM (11-27-2012 09:24 AM)Shirahime Wrote: I'm quite partial to watching Curling. That's the thing with Curling though it is ridiculous but for some reason when you actually sit down and watch it; it's really bloody enthralling even though it is just boules on ice with broomsticks. RE: Guilty pleasures - actionisforlosers - 11-29-2012 07:48 AM I going to have to go with a game show called Baggage. It's hosted by Jerry Springer and it's basically a another dating game show.... So you can see why I feel guilty about it. Mostly because you realise how shallow some people are. SPEAKING OF WHICH - Dating in the dark is a hilarious programme. It's beautiful to see the exact moment when contestants realise just how bloody shallow they are RE: Guilty pleasures - Mass Distraction - 11-29-2012 08:53 AM I take pride in all my actions! RE: Guilty pleasures - cingchris - 12-06-2012 01:08 PM I actually like romantic drama stories, well as long as it's not basically inward porn like Twilight and all that where it's just the girl/guy constantly saying "Oh my god that person's so hot!", that's not good story telling, that's making your main character so shallow that they mostly only focus on looks which in turn makes for a very shallow story. (This is only a guilty pleasure because I'm a guy, and I would never actually tell anyone that I know in real life this information, unless they are a very close friend.) RE: Guilty pleasures - cingchris - 12-07-2012 12:02 PM ^ The only thing I see on there that could be a guilty pleasure is romantic comedies, the rest I'm confused about. RE: Guilty pleasures - Ouberry_13 - 12-07-2012 12:14 PM My biggest guilty pleasure (movie-wise) would be watching Rocky Horror Picture Show. Also, while this isn't technically a guilty pleasure, I do enjoy to riff movies in the same style as MST3K. Mainly, I do it when I'm with my friends, since we all will do it. We just sit there and turn on a "SciFi original" movie, or any movie really, and mock every scene in it. |
