You spend hours and days playing towards virtual things which have little-to-no physical or intellectual value in real life. There are just so many more tangible things you could be doing with your life.
Feel free to throw insults my way
Can't that be said about all video games though?
There's a difference between playing a variety of video games for fun, and spending addicted days on end on the same game online just to get one level higher or to reach one more achievement
And why does it matter if you're online or offline? If anything I can see online being better since you actually get some kind of human interraction.

Social interaction notwithstanding, if the gaming becomes addictive, then there's something wrong. Online gaming brings about a greater risk of addiction than offline gaming, mainly due to the fact that achievements can more easily be compared to (and then respectively beaten by) others, especially in games where the player has already invested a lot of time

Sure, I can agree to that. That still doesn't really convince me to believe that MMO would be any more of a time waster than any other game genre.

I'm starting to really hate Consoles nowadays, and I'm not trying to rant and say that "LOLZORZ PC IZ BEST PLATFORM!", but this generation of consoles was the worst thing to happen since the Virtual Boy. The only one I still own is the Wii, and that's just due to the fact than Nintendo still makes high quality games for it every now and then.

Ha, I kind of hate the Wii, myself.

I know. I'm just trying to understand your opinion. There has to be some reason for you to think that offline-games are less of a time waster.

It's just that I'd rather spend an hour gaming with some friends in front of a TV than spend 8 hours gaming online. It's much more companionable to be in the presence of people you're gaming with.
On the other hand, of course you may not be able to be with the people you want to play with, but how are you going to vent your frustration on the person who just stole your star in Mario Party if they're on the other side of a screen

I do not like Bronies nor do I like their show. No I will not judge them for watching it but I do not appreciate EVERYTHING having to be about that damn show.
I also never liked Transformers nor the movies nor the cartoons.
Now for something non gaming related:
I hate religious debates and when people bring religion into topics that have no need for them
I also hate the recent Chic Fil A supporting anti gay organizations. That shit needs to stop and go away asap.
I hate racism and sexism. Hearing men telling girls to "go back to the kitchen" is just so immature and I hope those people never get a girlfriend or at least get one that wastes all their money and treats em like crap.
Now back to gaming stuff!
I hate sports games because they are being released yearly and I have not really heard any big praises for them.
I find the Wii-U to be sort of gimicky like the 3DS (Yes I own a 3DS so I already know I am a hypocrite)
I also find the Kinect/Move to be gimicky (also I own a Move so I am more hypocritical)
I think that is it for now.

I hate Tumblr, the layout makes me cringe. I hate Apple products, overpriced, yet cheap. Fantastic. I don't really like the original Goldeneye, it's not really anything special anymore. Skyrim is the most overrated video game of all time, yes, more than CoD. I don't think people realize how similar all Bethesda games really are. I don't like Final Fantasy. I hate PewDiePie with the burning force of a thousand suns, his fanbase...just terrible. I like it, but I don't see why everyone is all crazy over Half-Life 2, same with the Portal series, it's fun, but it has virtually no replay value.
We could be good friends you know.

These ones aren't really unpopular, I think people who are smart have these opinions.

Gimmicks aren't always bad things. A lot of things are just gimmicks but end up actually being a quality product.
I agree sports games don't really change from year to year, and usually include poor gameplay.

Alright, now people will stab me.
I think there's a big difference between men and women and in some cases it makes sense that they get paid less. This obviously depends on the job. There are a lot of work they can do as well as men do, but some job, as in heavy labour, men are naturally better at. There's also a much bigger chance we won't disappear for several months which would force an employer to employ yet another person to replace her.

I think the discrepancy in pay is more of an issue in the corporate world, rather than manual labour.
Also, employers aren't allowed to discriminate in view of pregnancy.

Hmm.. I don't have much to say about that, really.
I know they are allowed to discriminate in view of pregnance, but I think it makes sense that they would like to do that.

I can get that employers might want to be able to shy away from taking on an already pregnant woman, but at the same time I think it's only fair that the law says they can't (openly, at least).
