RE: Sadness - Cinna - 08-03-2012 01:43 PM

i have moments like these way too often. i just let it all out, alone of course. and if i'm at home, i'll fall asleep right after. then i'll wake up and look up funny shit somewhere or play a game.

I may feel sad time to time if I mess something up that i've been trying to work for or something that I have planned out in my mind. Usually just watching some funny stuff or music cures it.

I've had problem with depression now and then since I was like 14 years old. Since I've had it for so long I know pretty well how to deal with it when it eventually happens.

Nowadays I have every reason to be depressed with being unemployed amongst other things. Knowing that it makes sense for me to feel down is actually comforting.

I rarely get sad randomly. But I do admit, nostalgia gets me sad. I don't know why, it just gives me a strange sadness.

I haven't been sad without a reason for a long time. It's either I miss someone I love because of a break up, or questioning whether I should still be in school still. (I've graduated. It just feels... really... Odd.)

I genereally just talk to 3 specific friends about a break up and just dwell on it on my own too just so I get things into place. If that makes any sense...

The school thing... really it has no remedy yet. It's just a matter of my maturity I guess. Who knows.

Sounds almost exactly like my case. Had depression forever. Also, couldn't find a job either, so back to school for me.

Can we all be depression buddies? Who's on meds?

I'm not on meds, although I probably should be. I guess I can't join your club now Sad

I used to be on meds for awhile. It didn't really work out for me so I did my best to work my way around them. They also made me sleep for 12-13 hours every night so it got pretty difficult to just have a life.

Same here. I somewhat realize that I'm being too self-closed at random times, try to cheer up and eventually get back to myself.
I always thought that if I'd been more open/social I might've had something better in my life. But I really can't complain on my conditions right now, so I just keep it up. I'm not sure if that made sense; if it didn't, blame on the lazy saturday.

Everybody is sad, and that makes me sad Sad. Here, a cute cat.

I don't remember when was the last time I was sad. I think it depends on the personality, and I'm always on a good humour.

The last time I got very sad was like 4 years ago when my cat died.

That cat picture made me smile.
I like cute cats.

Seeing one of my cats being senile and blind. She was so lively. It breaks my heart to see her like she is now.
