I'd be the sarcastic comic relief who lasts until the end where he dies sacrificing himself for the group, going out with a sad yet soulful quip.
Also, I would bring along a Cucco, so if I was being attacked I could just throw out the Cucco and have his brethren swarm in and destroy everything.
