RE: The Unofficial Portable thread. - Arjahn - 09-04-2012 10:07 PM My first played one was my dad's Gameboy, but then I got an SP and Pokemon Leaf Green for christmas, and so the addiction spiraled. Now I own an original Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advanced SP, a broken DS, DS Lite, broken factory error DSi I lost the receipt for, and now a 3DS. Oh, and is there an official Portable Thread, and if so can I sell Meth in this one? RE: The Unofficial Portable thread. - andriwluke - 09-04-2012 11:19 PM It was a portable video game indeed, but was not that of the Nintendo or any other brand. In fact it was a sort of portable handhold brick game containing car racing, snakes and other games, but when I saw a portable Nintendo, I forgot about my other portable video game. It was a great video game. Nintendo really is a good manufacturer of portable video games. RE: The Unofficial Portable thread. - retrolinkx - 09-05-2012 04:10 AM My brothers were the first in my family to own portables, that being a red brick gameboy, and an original grey, they used to play a lot of Pokémon with it, and so did I, eventually I got my own Pikachu edition Gameboy, along with my brother. (my mum went to Argos to buy one for my brothers birthday, and I got really mad and begged for another one, which she bought), my eldest then got a purple game boy color at Christmas, from there, we each got a Game Boy Advance, I had a Black one, my middle brother had a Silver one and my eldest had a purple one, sometime during this period my mum bought me a Yellow Phat Gameboy she found for cheap, and from there, we each got a phat DS, I got a light blue one, that broke, my other brothers just got an original, after we each got another DS since the screens and hinges were weak, and would break upon being dropped a lot, in the end I'm the only one with a DS, and that being a Red DS Lite, I got a 3DS last year, along with a Gameboy Micro my brother bought about 10 months ago. So all in all. 3 Gameboy's (1 Left) 3 Gameboy Color's (1 Left) 3 Gameboy Advances (I believe 3 left) 7 DS's (1 left) 1 3DS (Still here) 1 Game Boy Micro (Found it 2 days ago) I never had another other handheld besides Nintendo, I do want a Vita though, and a PSP, for the hacking, and other things, but what I really want now, is a Zelda Edition GBA SP, I can get it online for £32, I'd really love one, since SP was pretty much the best version of the Gameboy, and it's a Zelda edition only 25,000 copies, were made apparently. |
