3. No NSFW images or linking. Posting porn or any kind of illegal material will result in a permanent ban.
4. No spamming of any kind.

What is the rules about "Other sites"
Is it allowed for me to have my Title, signature (obviously), and "end line" be an advertisement to another Gaming community / forum?

Spam is more in the meaning than the actual action. If the image or game is relevant to a subject then it isn't spam.
