Excellent base source for Elder Scrolls easter eggs
EDIT - Though mostly the ones that reference to previous games.

There's always that trick in SMB3 where if you wait long enough, a Chain Chomp will break free and come after you. I think someone already posted that one but it got rejected.

Maybe too well known?

I think it may already be obvious by now, but all of the names of the Organization XIII members from KHII are anagrams of their living names with an X added.

Roxas - Sora
Xemnas - Ansem
Axel - Lea
Dilan - Xaldin

That was actually stated in the games Tongue

Remove the X in Xehanort and you get No Heart. The X is there because

RE: Currently most desired trivia
I already posted this one in the Pokemon thread, but since you asked.

In Generation I, despite the fact that the move existed at the time and even though it was repeatedly stated to attack using licks, Lickitung could not learn Lick.

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, In Chapter 5, the data disk you grab in Grodus' room is a Famicom Disk System disk. When you put it into Grodus' computer, the FDS Bios play.

Don't know if you're still looking for zelda related trivia, but if you are:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FquUiAHcNbw
this video shows how the iron knuckles enemies from Legend of zelda ocarina of time, are actually just gerudo thieves in armor. potentionally brainwashed like nabooru, if you know who that is.
Or, you know, it could just be a leftover coding from nabooru, as she is one of those enemies once.
I don't know

I'd imagine it's the former, since Gerudos never appear in the timeline after Ocarina of Time. (Terminian Pirates DO NOT count.)

Isn't (aren't?) Twinrova also Gerudo? She (they?) show up in the Oracle games. Then there are the games that feature Ganondorf, who is a Gerudo. Well, I suppose you're referring to Gerudos as a whole.

They show up in Four Swords Adventures!

RE: Currently most desired trivia
Twinrova served Ganon with no brainwashing necessary, though.

I didn't realize they appeared in FSA, but it doesn't necessarily break the theory, since that takes place in the Child Timeline, where Ganon is put on trial and such BEFORE he could steal the Triforce, and only Naboruu would've been turned IIRC.

Also, only a few Darknuts appear in Twilight Princess, seeming to lend more credence to this theory.

Though I think that any of Ganon's unwilling slaves can be made into Darknuts.

In Mario Party 7, when you buy a secret from the shop, Toadsworth will say, "Shhhhhh, It's a secret to everyone." referencing the Moblins in Zelda 1.
