Because you can use PS3/Xbox 360 controllers on PC with Xpadder. (not free)
Also has free multiplayer.
And the list goes on and on.

But the question is, can you play PS3 and XBOX 360 games just cuz you can use the controllers on them?

I think PSVITA or PS3 is the best.
