Admittedly, I am drunk right now. But who else feels sad for no reason at all from time to time? What makes you feel better?

I never feel sad for no reason, but if I did, I imagine this would put me on the right track

I think I'd feel slightly worse having seen that. Unless I get some epic music and background explosions whilst I'm wiping my bum or something.
Clinical depression is a bitch.

With you, man.
I get sad from time to time, but then I tell myself to stop being sad and be happy and awesome, because being sad sucks, while being happy and awesome is, well, awesome. Sometimes it works, and other times I'm lying to everyone but myself. Either way, my friends or whoever else I'm with don't have to deal with a sad panda. Only my closest friends can tell when I'm sad and I'm hiding it.
Hmmm. I think the only artist I ever listen to get me out of sadness/wanting to be alone is Nujabes. Such amazing beautiful music, makes you feel so much better. Sometimes just talking to yourself (in your head) is a good way to make yourself think clearly. Or, a combination of lying on my bed listening to Nujabes damn(!) good times.

It does depend on what you're sad about too. I often remember there are people worse off than I am so being in a sad state shouldn't be considered; and that I should try to shake that feeling of sadness off.

That's just me anyways...

There's some beautiful music from the remastered John Lomax stuff.

And yeah, a shitload of blues.
It really sucks getting sad randomly

What I've found that helps is, oddly enough, listening to sad music. I just feel like there's a "connection" in that the artist is feeling the same way I am and gets me. Then I slowly get over it and be all happy again Big Grin
I just try to laugh and make people laugh everyday, thus making me and others happy (or happier, at least). So I don't care if some friends think I'm too nerd or weird, if it makes them happy (and doesn't get me in a trash can).
Sometimes i'll wake up, my eyes will be puffy and burning, and my pillow soaking wet. Apparently i'm a sleep-cryer. I never remember what I was dreaming, but I know I was crying.

I get sad for no reason from time to time. It sucks. I go back and forth. It's a very odd age for me right now.
^ That sounds really bad

I'm sorry Sad

It's really weird. I'm not too fond of it.
I'm sad most of the time for absolutely no reason at all :/
Sometimes, after finishing a level on a videogame, when I'm looking at the loading screen, I think to myself, what the hell am I doing with my life? My grades aren't THAT great, I don't have a lot of friends and I don't even know what to do with my future...

And then the next level loads and I say "Frek that, let's kill mor' zombays!" WOOT!
