Recently a few of us have been hinting at the thought of doing Minecraft videos and after some more posts and replies we are seriously thinking about doing this.
We want to do a Minecraft Survival video and here is a video that we want to sort of mimic:



The goal is to not only survive but fight the Enderdragon and if someone dies then that is it, they have to leave the game and I am pretty sure they also have to leave the voice chat (assuming we use something like Skype to record our voice audio).
We will start on a fresh server and with nothing but our fists and try to survive.
We are still going to need to set up a time to work out more of the details but here is a roster with some names that I went over who were interested in the idea.
I am unsure on how many people can join a new server but I was thinking we get about 6 or 7 people to get this show on the road.

Noted and we will find a way don't worry.

Also I am unsure of how many people WANT to record this but if I could learn and get the right programs then I would try it myself.

I'll be recording it, although lately my recorder has been glitchy, so no promises.

Well once we start we really aren't going to want to redo everything that we have done so we will probably need 2 or 3 people to record and let them be back ups in case someone's recording program crashes or whatever.

So.. Does everyone here live in EU? I'm thinking about timezones.

Will we use Skype or some other program to talk in?

I'm in CST in the U.S., sorry to disappoint, and I have no idea when this'll be going down.

Like I said if we can get together on some chat system or even Skype then we can talk about this and try to get it organized.

PC, right? Depending on when you guys do it, count me in.

Hopefully 1.3 can make the game run much better for me. I absolutely LOVE minecraft (I bought it twice, on PC and on Xbox 360). I play it more on the box because it runs so much better and doesn't have like 10 FPS.
