While it is interesting, it's not necessarily DYKG worthy. Gastly, for example, is huge, yet often drawn as petite. Another height fact is that Porygon is bigger than Porygon2. Diglett is also the smallest Pokemon. As for the height, it's standard Starter Final Height. Charizard, Typhlosion, and Sceptile are also 5'07.

Neh,i dont care if its a DYKG worthy,im just trying to invade people mind with knowledge and hopefully their brains explode due that they have more information then they need to know but for the right reason(hence the hieght entry)
