Did You Know Gaming? Forums

Everytime I get on the forums I feel like Will Smith on I Am Legend, or like I just came out of Vault 101. Which is usually why it's rather rare to have a conversation with Mr. Holmes in decent hours.

I've have that problem quite often. Most of the time I get on, there is maybe 5 or 6 people on the forums, and that's about it. But hey, that's what forums are for: having a conversation where it takes 3-4 hours for someone to respond.

It's the weird timezones.

With me being unemployed I check this forum out pretty much all the time. I rarely go on here and see a bunch of new posts at once.

Pretty much this. With roughly 500 members with around 200 being active often and everyone in different timezones, it's rarely highly active at a single time. Now(3PM) is the time when the Americans are waking up.

On a plus, every time we Europeans wake up, there are about 100 new posts to browse

Meh, I have other forums to check out.

But this place seems dead most of the time, as well as the not very interesting topics.

I have literally been the only registered member on at one point, it's not just you.

I only come out at night...

You guys don't know a real dead forum. I've seen forums with barely a new thread in a whole week. Really very few new threads and posts in the entire month. All the (remaining) members were hugely dissatisfied. Of course it didn't last long after that, unfortunately.

This forum is quite lively, but we're experiencing the slow down after the "boom" of new members and content posting that came with the creation of the forum. Everything will settle down in some weeks.

A forum that I still check about once a week rarely ever gets a new thread. When there is one, people will rarely actually post in it. The most active part is either the youtube self-promotion or off-topic.

I haven't been veryy active in like a week..
