In the original Discworld point-and-click game, actor Eric Idle hid a message saying "I want to be the first person in a game to say f**k!"
The only way to trigger this discrete vulgarity was through a series of intricate and obscure clicks. It was accidentally discovered by a player 15 years after the game's release, and was eventually reported to Mr. Idle's boss, who was "Officially not happy (But amused, too.)"
Another scene was hidden in the sequel as a gag referencing the original.
