Yellow. It was my introduction to the wonderful world of pokemon. Made me a happy camper.
I can never decide between first and second gen. It may just be nostalgia that is driving me towards first but I have been continuously playing it to this day so I'm not sure if it is nostalgia or not. I think G/S may take it.

Nostalgia fuels my opinion 100%
Pokemon Sapphire. Everything in the game was pretty much perfect to me! It was my first "Actual" pokemon game. I love the secret bases, and all the pokemon are awesome. And i love the environment!!!!
Either Fire Red, Emerald or Crystal.
Both the 2nd and 3rd gen.
Crystal, Ruby, Fire Red, Emerald! Holy shit, how can I choose?
